Commercial Diplomats Regulation Authority They are professionally accredited, authorised and appropriately recommended to practice and train others at all levels. As the primary standards authority for practicing career commercial diplomats, the ACCD-CDRA works closely with acceptable global institutional regulatory authorities and bodies, and diplomatic and academic institutions to ensure that practitioner-candidates have the appropriate skills-based knowledge and specialism-based expertise to qualify for professional accreditation. Whether prospective, aspiring and existing experienced unaccredited professionals are looking to upskill or new to the commercial diplomatic sector-specific profession, practice, service and or industry, the ACCD-CDRA approved vocational education and training-related comprehensive learning modules in the modular-courses are specifically designed and aimed at providing the foundation to contribute to a sustainable future while advancing their commercial diplomatic skills-specific knowledge, specialism-based expertise and competency-based career. In the commercial diplomatic profession, no time is regarded as being too late to commence the MQCP Preparation Programme. In a globalised world, seasoned commercial diplomatic practitioners need to be at the forefront of trade and investment, commerce and industry, agriculture and natural resources, economic, political, and corporate developments. For prospective, aspiring and existing experienced unaccredited practitioners, qualifying as an accredited commercial diplomat is required to prepare practitioners for these and other related-relevant developments, by enhancing their suitability, integrity-driven representatory policy-making capability, skills-based knowledge and providing them with a wealth of meaningful career opportunities in the commercial diplomatic sector. Qualifying as an Accredited Commercial Diplomat Practitioners in any of the advanced mandatory qualifying programmes are preparing themselves for careers in which they will likely be given supervisory or executive responsibilities at senior executive level. They are expected to maintain integrity, demonstrate maturity, civility, probity, exceptional quality, self-discipline and ethical behaviour throughout the period of their Mastership and career. The ACCD-CDRA may cancel a practitioner-candidates application at any time for conduct deemed inconsistent with the integrity expected of an accomplished learned accredited commercial diplomatist. Accreditation and Standardization Enforcement Oversight The Presidium convenes as the Court Assembly to deal with accreditation and standardization enforcement oversight matters, including disputes in admission and accreditation procedures. The Presidium is empowered with statutory responsibility, rights and plenipotentiary powers, as well as the authority to establish tribunals and related-relevant panels, refer matters relating to admission and accreditation procedures to the appropriately constituted 'appellate authority', and receive accreditation and admission reports, ensuring the implementation of recommendations and rulings contained in such reports, and authorization of actions, including the suspension of, and de-accreditation or expulsion of accredited commercial diplomats, especially in the event of non-compliance with recommendations and rulings contained in decisions made by any of the constituted bodies.
