Demonstration of qualifications by applicants (Institutions)
By the existence of significant programmes of research and publications on all or more than four of the following:
- International Trade-related Policy and Commercial Diplomacy
- International Trade Policy and WTO Law
- International Trade-related Arbitration
- International Investment Arbitration
- International Investment Policy for Development
- International Commercial Arbitration
- Foreign Commercial Diplomatic Service
By the existence of more than four of the following:
- an integrated curriculum comprised of ACCD-CDRA approved, authorised and recommended modules in the institution's courses that shall make up the MQCP programme, for the most part, if not exclusively developed for mid-career and experienced professionals;
- an integrated curriculum which combines advanced professional training and the analytical tools of specialized commercial diplomatic disciplines, as appropriately approved, authorised, recommended and required;
- a record of educating postgraduates for and in cooperation with distinctive clienteles, including diplomatic affairs agencies, institutions and or academies;
- international organizations, and the commercial-judicial diplomatic and academic professions;
- a substantial, if not exclusive, commitment to professionally oriented postgraduate commercial-judicial diplomatic education and training, learning and development;
- a department, faculty, office or institution designated for the advancement and professional study of commercial-judicial diplomacy and responsible commercial diplomatic practice.*
- an approved and authorised highly-competent, highly-skilled and highly-knowledgeable practitioner, as head or member of the faculty, department, and or institution*.
After having considered all or significant part of these broad criteria, if an institution believes it is in the position to submit an application for academic institutional membership or accreditation, the President, Dean, Master, Rector or Director of the Faculty/Institution/Academy/Programme may submit an initial inquiry.
If the institution appears to meet the eligibility requirements, the applicant (Head) will be invited to submit a full application.
