In accordance with its mandate, the organization's objectives are to:

source, research and develop curricula, projects and training modules which analyse key global developments

support and strengthen capacity to prevent, measure and act against indiscipline and unauthorised practices

unite in one body those who are interested in responsible commercial diplomatic practise and the unique field of commercial-judicial diplomacy through inter-diplomatic forums

develop the capabilities of practitioners to be future generators of sustainable value for business and society at large
-
collaborate and conduct training courses with new and long established trusted institutions: intergovernmental organizations, diplomatic academies and professional institutes in all regions

engage in conceptual and empirical research that advances the understanding of the role, dynamics and impact of corporations in the creation of sustainable social, environmental and economical value

interact with practitioners to extend the knowledge of their challenges in meeting social and environmental responsibilities and to explore jointly effective approaches to meeting these challenges

facilitate and support dialogue and debate amongst practitioners, educators, government, civil society organizations and other interested groups and stakeholders on critical global issues
